Casa da Música is a major concert hall space in Porto. It was designed by the Dutch
architect Rem Koolhaas, and was built as part of Porto’s project for European
Culture Capital in 2001.
The 3D model of the Casa da Música is also the final result of one of many activities
within the framework of the project Higem that the students developed
throughout this year.
The contingencies inherent to the confinement did not prevent us from reaching
the goals we had proposed.
Therefore, under the supervision of the Technological Education teacher, Rosário
Sá, the students Beatriz Santos and Salomé Ferreira from 6H got the ball rolling
from home, online.
The music house was made from recycled material, since, in our school, we teach
and make our students aware of the importance of our acts in defense of a
Sustainable Planet.
The result is now in this video that shows you the different execution stages.
